About the Role : As a Rocket Academy Instructor, you will : Lead engaging coding and robotics sessions for primary-aged students in afterschool classes, holiday camps, and in-school workshops.Inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking through coaching and presenting age-appropriate, structured curriculum content.Manage the end-to-end delivery of lessons, including class prep, facilitation, student support, assessment, and progress tracking.Develop innovative new programs, digital learning strategies, and learning materials that respond to student needs and interests.Ensure kits and devices are maintained, organised, and ready to go for each session.We support students on their journey from unfamiliarity to mastery, building confidence in every session. Our classes are fun, educational, and hands-on — encouraging experimentation, problem-solving, and celebrating every success.

What We're Looking For : A Working With Children Check (WWCC) – must-haveA car and valid driver's licence – must-have for travelling between venues Background in education or teaching – highly regardedTech / STEM experience or coding / robotics knowledge – a big plusStrong communication skills and a passion for working with childrenProactive, organised, and comfortable managing small groups
