Assistant Store Manager - Repco Rockhampton - Full Time

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise daily store operations. Support and develop your team to ensure outstanding service is provided to customers.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.
  • Coach and develop team members; live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
  • Safety leadership; always provide the safest work environment for themselves, team members and customers.
  • Open and close responsibilities as required.
About The Role
  • Work closely with the Store Manager in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.
  • Available to work Sunday to Thursday.
  • Coach and develop team members.
  • Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a safe work environment for all.
  • Occasionally perform opening and closing tasks.
About You
  • Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
  • Strong leadership work ethic.
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks to available skill sets.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideally have mechanical or automotive parts knowledge.
  • Flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
  • Prioritise safety.

Note: This role may require lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving.
