Build your career with Nespresso We are currently recruiting for a Casual Coffee Specialist at our NespressoBoutique in Robina.

Successful candidates will be available for hours per week across 3 - 4 days including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Share your expertise and passion for coffee with our new and loyal customers. A day in the life of a Coffee Specialist will include engaging and connecting customers with a high level of service and product knowledge, as well as maximizing sales. Creatively collaborate with team members to create a memorable customer experience.
  • Deliver memorable customer service that reflects our Nespresso brand and values.
  • Engage and connect with customers through club membership.
  • Embody a professional attitude and excellent personal presentation.
  • Collaborate and support team members to achieve goals and KPIs together.
