Build your career with Nespresso We are currently recruiting for a Casual Coffee Specialist at our Nespresso Boutique in Robina.

Successful candidates will be available for 25 - 30 hours per week across 3 - 4 days including Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Share your expertise and passion for coffee with our new and loyal customers. A day in the life of a Coffee Specialist brings something new and will include engaging and connecting customers with a high level of service and product, as well as maximising sales.
  • Creatively collaborate with team members to create a memorable customer experience.
  • Deliver memorable customer service that shines our Nespresso brand and values.
  • Engage and connect with customers through club membership.
  • Collaborate and support team members to achieve goals and KPIs together.
