The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Casual Catering Assistant with basic cooking abilities to join our team in Craigieburn. In this role, you will support the Head Chef with food preparation and service across various shifts.

Job Description

Roster: Monday to Sunday, various hours

What This Role Involves:
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Customer service - serving meals and snacks
  • Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
  • Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices

Desired Skills And Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in food preparation or kitchen assistance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong self-motivation and a proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings
