Redpath Partners are working with a well-established and well-funded property developer with a growing portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney. With an impressive track record spanning luxury developments, Build-to-Rent (BTR), Build-to-Sell (BTS), and integrated precincts, the group is now looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager to lead major projects through their full lifecycle.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a driven property professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality developments. You'll work across acquisition, planning, design development, and delivery - contributing to projects that shape the built environment in some of Sydney's most prominent locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development management across complex residential and mixed-use projects
• Oversee feasibility modelling, site assessments, and due diligence
• Manage planning pathways and approvals in close collaboration with consultants and authorities
• Drive design development in alignment with commercial and customer outcomes
• Work closely with in-house delivery and construction teams to meet program, cost, and quality objectives
• Identify project risks and manage mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including JV partners and councils
• Contribute to broader business strategy including acquisitions and development pipeline planning

About You

• 7+ years of experience in property development, ideally across residential or mixed-use assets
• Strong understanding of development processes, planning pathways, and financial modelling
• Proven ability to lead complex projects through all stages - from feasibility to delivery
• Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Architecture, or a related discipline
