What you'll be doing:

  • Securing and onboarding major commercial customers across construction and demolition sectors.
  • Leading commercial negotiations, tenders, proposals, and tailored contract solutions.
  • Using data to manage pricing models, profitability, and deal performance.
  • Delivering strategic pitches and turning opportunities into wins.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure seamless handover to the Account Management team.
  • Providing insightful reporting to drive better decision-making.

About You:

You're a driven, commercially minded professional who thrives on turning opportunity into action. You know how to build trust, close deals, and keep the momentum going. You're strategic, energetic, and laser-focused on results.

You bring:

  • A natural flair for building strong commercial relationships.
  • Experience winning and growing high-value accounts, ideally with Tier 1 clients.
  • Confidence presenting to a range of stakeholders, from site teams to executives.
  • A head for numbers, comfortable navigating pricing models and margins.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Tender writing experience and the ability to respond with confidence and clarity.

Bonus points if you've worked in waste, construction, or demolition, but we're open to sharp, motivated sales pros from any industry ready to take on a new challenge.
