Community/Disability Support Worker Requirements:
  • Fluent in English.
  • A current full Australian driver's license and own car.
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Experience in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills.
  • Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
  • Must be able to DRIVE.

If this resonates with you, get in touch today About the role: Your role involves delivering exceptional service while supporting clients to achieve their goals as outlined in their NDIS plan. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Providing intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to help improve physical and mental health.
  • Planning clients' activities and social outings proactively.
  • Building connections within the community to help clients reach their goals.
  • Assisting with daily living needs, domestic tasks, social support, transport, and community outings.
  • Willingness to perform both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing duties.
  • Being on-call and willing to travel to different areas.

This is a casual employment position with an attractive hourly rate, depending on experience and availability.
