Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • A current full Australian driver's license and own car
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW)
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Experience in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and other high-care skills
  • Previous experience in Disability Support or as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN)

About The Role

Your role involves providing exceptional, client-focused support to help clients meet their NDIS goals, including:

  • Providing flexible support to improve clients' physical and mental health
  • Planning activities and social outings for clients
  • Building community connections and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Assisting with daily living, domestic tasks, social support, transport, and outings
  • Willingness to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing roles
  • Willingness to be on-call and travel across different areas

This casual position offers an attractive hourly rate based on experience and availability.
