You will play a lead role on **Australian and cross-border** corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, and public and private capital raisings including IPOs . You will also advise on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder activism and ASX listing rules.As a Senior Associate in this team, you will have to opportunity to enhance and define **your own professional brand** and practice through **investment and empowerment** from the partners and other senior leaders across the firm.
