The 2024 New Grad Program

• Comprehensive orientation; plus NDIS & admin training prior to taking on clients.
• Consistent 1:1 supervision with senior Speech Pathologist; plus additional support as required.
• Peer support system with those who've been through the program.
• Multi-disc case-conferencing to resolve complex client needs.

Who are you?

• The idea of taking on a variety of Adults & Paediatrics clients excites you – covering anything from paeds feeding & AAC, to rehabilitation and Transgender voice.

• You're keen to be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about what they do.
• You have confidence in clinical decision making & problem solving.
• You are willing to do day trips to our small outreach towns to achieve our organisation's 'why' … and for those interested we have overnight trips to more remote locations.
• You have formal qualifications in Speech Pathology, SPA membership and full legal rights of working in Australia.
