Job Description

Now, about the opportunity…

  • Independently address the financial needs of regional businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
  • Utilize your deep interest in the broader regional economic environment and how these factors impact businesses.
  • Build robust relationships with both customers directly, local industry bodies and with internal and external business partners more generally.
  • Drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the regional SME market.
  • Help design and deliver the best practice relationship model for our regional customers.

  • Is passionate about empowering and supporting regional businesses to help regional communities thrive.
  • Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking.
  • Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual.
  • Will thrive in a diverse workforce where you can bring your own capabilities, experiences and knowledge to help build the foundations of Judo.

Your life pre-Judo

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in regional commercial and/or agribusiness banking, credit, or related field.
  • Strong credit writing skills.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Self-starter and a proven ability to work autonomously and build networks.
  • Australian working rights.
