Position: Selenium QA Engineer

Work Mode: Hybrid / On-site (Australia)

Job Type: Full-time

Budget 50$ AUD

Experience: 1–3 Years

Work Authorization: Must have a valid Australian Work Permit

Core Competencies:

  • Manual and Automation Testing
  • Selenium WebDriver for test automation
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test plans, and test cases
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of Agile development processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts using Selenium
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Log and track defects using tools like JIRA
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java or Python)
  • Familiarity with TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks
  • Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on QA/testing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • ISTQB or similar testing certification
  • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman (optional)
