The Opportunity

My client is currently seeking experienced inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St Richmond due to growth during peak times.

Intake commencement date: Monday, 20 October.
Hours: 20-25 hours per week, rotating roster 2pm–9pm, Monday to Friday.

About Your New Role

  • Training period: Full-time hours during training — Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, 6 weeks of onsite training at the Richmond office.
  • After training: Rotating roster 2pm–9pm, Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week. After training, work-from-home with one compulsory day in Richmond per week.
  • No leave required until January 2026.
  • National Public Holidays are standard days off.
  • Great company culture.
  • Police check and Drug & Alcohol testing required.
  • Working with a close-knit team that supports each other and celebrates team wins.

You will be responsible for

  • Handling high-volume inbound calls and assisting customers via phone to meet their needs.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Contributing to the success of the business by making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your results.
  • Meeting high standards in line with culture and customer expectations (e.g., call handling times and call quality).
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded.
