Since 2008, DXC has delivered Salesforce solutions across public sector, financial services, healthcare, and superannuation with end-to-end services from advisory and architecture to implementation and managed services.

The Solution Architect is a pivotal role within the organisation, leading Salesforce pre-sales and solutioning capability across ANZ. The candidate should have a strong track record of delivering pre-sales excellence with Salesforce.

The Solution Architect defines the applications business go-to-market strategy, works with Salesforce counterparts, coordinates with third-party vendors and the broader DXC business, and includes program architecture within strategic customers. This role is permanent, full-time, and based in Melbourne or Sydney; other ANZ cities will be considered for the right candidate. The successful candidate will drive strategic client solutions with a focus on modernising technology and application landscapes to Salesforce solutions.

• Strategy: Definition and execution of the applications business go-to-market, partner ecosystem, investment requirements, IP development and methodology.
• Pre-sales: Work with regional sales to identify opportunities, participate in customer/prospect meetings, contribute to proposals, and present demonstrations as part of bids.
• Program Architecture: Define architectural roadmaps for strategic clients.
• Growth: Develop and execute the pipeline of work; identify key resources to build and drive capabilities.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure a consistent, repeatable delivery methodology and provide QA for key projects.
• Collaboration: Work with Salesforce (Predominantly Presales, Product Strategy) and third-party vendors to develop best-in-class solutions and proposals.

• Extensive experience articulating strategic client solutions using Salesforce offerings.
• Experience building demos and showcasing Salesforce product features.
• Proven experience in medium to large-scale transformation projects.
• Solid experience providing solution leadership across Salesforce.
• Strong background in building strategy, supporting sales and pre-sales with bids and proposals for Salesforce.
• Strong track record of generating revenue and margin growth.
• Proven experience driving a solutions-focused practice within a consultancy or software vendor.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for pre-sales excellence and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement capability.
