About the Role
As a Console Operator, your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment. This fast-paced role requires the ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our diverse food offerings and premium barista coffee.
About You & Your Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Flexible availability, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Willingness to learn about our products and promotions
