We are seeking a Floor Manager for our busy Clyde store. As a front-facing manager, you will lead our team with a strong dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you are a natural leader who inspires and motivates others, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing a welcoming and helpful environment for customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting regular customer service training sessions for staff to uphold and exceed service standards.
  • Leading product knowledge meetings to ensure team consistency regarding school uniform requirements.
  • Inspiring and motivating staff, providing guidance and support, and addressing performance issues proactively.
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and staff appearance to reflect our brand excellence.
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations for smooth functioning.

The successful applicant will require:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of overseeing a large team and multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, training, and developing staff.
  • Flexibility with a rotating Monday – Saturday roster.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
