    Job Description
    • Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional support via chat, phone, and email
    • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and understanding the firm's platform and operational processes
    • Collaborate with brokers, associates, and internal teams to execute transactions
    • Monitor and facilitate client transactions to ensure a seamless experience
    • Resolve complex client cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Document and track customer interactions using tools such as Zoom Phone, Intercom, Slack, Asana, and Salesforce
    • Triage internal support tickets and assist in debugging product-related issues
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client support processes
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and satisfaction

    Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset
    • Familiarity with tools like Zoom Phone, Intercom, Slack, Asana, and Salesforce is preferred (training provided)
    • A modest understanding of financial markets and infrastructure is preferred but not essential
