As our General Manager, you will lead our upcoming Perth Central location by facilitating outstanding student experiences, strong financial performance, and high operational standards. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day management in line with operating agreements, build strong stakeholder relationships, and lead a high-performing team. With a focus on student wellbeing and asset upkeep, you'll play a key role in delivering UniLodge's commitment to quality and service.
At a Glance, You Will
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, educational institutions, and owner groups.
- Build a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive occupancy and revenue through effective rate management, competitor analysis, and strategic marketing plans.
- Develop strong relationships with universities, agents, and student networks to keep UniLodge top of mind.
- Ensure high service standards and resident satisfaction, reflected through strong survey results.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
- Valid National Police Check
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Valid WA Real Estate Agent Licence.
- High level problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and customer service excellence
- Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills.
