OverviewGhanda Clothing is a 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand. The role is based in Cairns, Queensland, and involves leading the Ghanda store team on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
- Driving Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with Stock Allocator and maintaining appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance
- Demonstrated leadership experience—able to lead from the front, empower the team, and embody organisational values
- Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and commitment to retail excellence
- Experience in retail or hospitality is valued, but right attitude is prioritized
- 38-hour week with pay for hours worked; overtime penalties apply if exceeding ordinary hours
