Overview

Ghanda Clothing is a 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand. The role is based in Cairns, Queensland, and involves leading the Ghanda store team on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
  • Driving Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
  • Liaising with Stock Allocator and maintaining appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space
  • Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience—able to lead from the front, empower the team, and embody organisational values
  • Customer-first mindset, strong fundamentals, and commitment to retail excellence
  • Experience in retail or hospitality is valued, but right attitude is prioritized
Remuneration & Benefits
  • 38-hour week with pay for hours worked; overtime penalties apply if exceeding ordinary hours
