Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team and help drive the success of our company. As a Business Analyst at Brecks Group, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze industry data and key performance indicators to determine the company's position in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies to increase profitability and market share
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze customer data and identify areas for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in the development and execution of new product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Proven experience in market research and data analysis
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
