Overview

Employment Consultant, Workforce Australia at APM. Located in Collingwood. You will support participants (job seekers) to transform their lives by delivering tailored employment solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working with stakeholders including employers and participants to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants to identify and develop skills to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and referrals to support services
  • Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willing to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
