About the job:
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, style-savvy retail leader to step into a management position with a respected international brand. Located in Adelaide's iconic Rundle Mall, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience, driving store performance, and building a loyal clientele.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury setting
- Providing premium customer service to promote the brand and foster customer loyalty
- Overseeing daily store operations, visual merchandising, and team coordination
- Driving sales and meeting KPIs while maintaining high presentation standards
- Offering expert styling advice and product knowledge to customers
- Creating a positive and engaging environment for both customers and staff
What you'll bring:
- A strong passion for fashion and delivering exceptional in-store experiences
- Interpersonal skills to attract new customers and retain loyal ones
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience (luxury or premium sector preferred)
- Confident communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
