About the Roles We are currently recruiting two exciting leadership opportunities within the Office of the Chief Scientist & Engineer (OCSE): Manager, Strategy and Programs and Manager, Science and Research Policy.

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join the Office of the Chief Scientist & Engineer (OCSE). Manager, Science and Research Policy, you will oversee the administration of science and research grant programs, including the flagship Research Attraction and Acceleration Program (RAAP). You will provide high-quality, evidence-based policy advice, draft complex briefings and reports, and consult with stakeholders across sectors to support research investment and capability in NSW.

Both roles sit within the Science and Research team and report to senior leaders within OCSE. You will be working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where your work directly contributes to building a stronger, more resilient science and innovation landscape in NSW.
