Overview

Dear Future Teacher, Can you be kind, patient and support my learning? My School, The Akidamy, is looking for a new teacher for me for 12 months to cover a staff maternity position. While the contract is for 12 months, there may be the option to transfer your employment to our Fremantle School after the 12 month period. Our school is beautiful, and purpose built, and has lots of resources including a designated Atelier to further explore childrens' interests. We also have 4 Early Childhood Teachers as part of our team. Mr David, our School Chef will cook you lunch every day, so just bring yourself in your stylish Akidamy supplied attire. You will get to have at least 4 hours/week to create curriculum and do your observations – home is for relaxing

Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor of Early Years Education. Applicants working towards their degree may be considered (minimum requirement of 2yrs completed if working towards or Diploma qualified and enrolled in Bachelor of Education).
  • Able to provide and maintain a strong educational program
  • Be able to document children's learning and development to a high standard to make children's learning visible
