Overview

Cater Care seeks to appoint multiple Part-Time Catering Assistants at one of our key aged care residences in Kirrawee.

Roster
  • Position 1: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Position 2: Monday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm & Sunday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Position 3: Thursday: 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm & Friday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

RoleWhat this role involves:
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Customer service – serving residents meals and snacks
  • Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
  • Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
  • Prepare and present texture modified foods
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
  • Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
