Infinite Aged Care is currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Manager to join our team in Hahndorf, SA. Bring your dedication, clinical expertise, and mentoring skills to a team that values care and quality.

About You

You may be a Care Coordinator looking to take the next step, or an experienced Care Manager wanting to build a long-term career with an organization that values its people. You are an excellent communicator, aligned with our philosophy and values. You can "think on your feet" and lead, guide, and mentor others to ensure the best outcomes. You build rapport with residents easily and take pride in their happiness. Additionally, you:

  • Have a valid AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in preparing and conducting clinical assessments
  • Comfortable and experienced in developing care plans
  • Familiar with AN-ACC and associated compliance requirements
  • Willing to work to meet the needs of residents and the facility
  • Hold a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
