The Role

We're looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultants with proven experience in the travel industry to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for guiding customers through their travel planning journey—matching them with the best options, closing bookings, and delivering exceptional service that builds trust and loyalty.

Can you crush sales targets, boast sales experience, and dazzle with exceptional customer service skills?

Do you thrive on KPIs, have an eye for detail, and a commitment to quality?

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Sell and book irresistible holiday packages
• Convert warm leads into satisfied customers
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• 3+ years of sales experience in the travel or tourism sector (online or agency-based) desirable
• Strong product knowledge of global travel markets, destinations, and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.), and booking platforms
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Flexible schedule to work across time zones and accommodate global customers
