
Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities- Drive pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives
- Build meaningful, high-impact field marketing experiences for RecordPoint customers and prospects
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize ABM programs
- Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that accelerate opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, generate qualified pipeline, and influence revenue growth
- Align with the Partner organization to integrate partner-led events and campaigns into the regional marketing plan
- Plan, launch, and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs (1:1 and 1:few) for priority accounts and segments
- Extend the reach of field programs through digital channels (email, paid media, social campaigns)
- Coordinate in-person and virtual experiences — including trade shows, executive roundtables, customer roadshows, and webinars
- Lead community-building initiatives by developing owned programs and engaging with partner and industry communities
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of field marketing programs with clear attribution to pipeline, revenue, and ROI
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing
- Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue
- Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams and senior stakeholders
- Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient with marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
