Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly.
  • Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and community settings.
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop individualized treatment goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentor graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning from new ideas.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
