Luther College seeks to appoint a talented Library Assistant (Circulation) to support the daily operations of the college library by providing general administrative and hands-on support. This is a fixed term, part time position commencing on Monday 20 January 2025 and finishing Friday 4 April 2025.

The Library Assistant (Circulation) plays a role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Library Resource Centre. This individual is responsible for providing excellent service delivery, assisting with the circulation of library materials, and supporting the supervision of students.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and environment.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 9.30 – 4.00pm, totalling 32 hours per week.

About You

The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar role in a school environment. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills, you are aware of your impact on all community members and intuitively adjust your style to meet cultural and stakeholder needs.

You will have a keen eye for the finer details, and a desire to learn through hands-on experience in the role.
