SmartPlay Early Learners in Caboolture provides quality care and Christian education in a Long Day Care environment. The services provided include:

  1. 3 Year Old Program
  2. 4 Year Old Kinder Program
  3. Before & After School Care
  4. Vacation Care Program

About the role

If you're keen to inspire and enhance the holistic development of each child, build strong relationships with families, and are a passionate educator, then consider this exciting opportunity. You will develop and implement a play-based, child-directed educational program as part of SmartPlay Early Learners, focusing on the School Aged Care program. The coordinator will provide a safe, Christian educational environment for children to grow and develop an enriched Early Years curriculum. You will also handle enrolments, bookings, rostering, and administrative tasks.

This part-time position is for 60 hours per fortnight (negotiable) to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

About you

  • You have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or are 50% towards completion.
  • You have at least 1 year's experience in a lead role in a centre.
  • You possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • You hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certification.
  • You have a current paid Working with Children's Check.
  • You have experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS, and the EYLF.
  • You are confident in using technology.
  • You are highly motivated.
  • You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
