Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.

- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests to ensure optimal performance.

- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve electrical systems and processes.

- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical codes while performing all electrical work.

- Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities

- Install and maintain electrical wiring, control, and instrumentation

- Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components and equipment

- Perform general electrical maintenance and corrective/preventive maintenance on electrical systems, and instrumentation

- Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical system issues, safety hazards, and malfunctions

- Follow the National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations, and safety procedures for every installation and repair

- Accurately log your billable hours using simPRO

- Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of electrical experience

- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in instrumentation

- Strong understanding of electrical systems and schematics.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.

- Valid electrical license and familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.

- Good understanding of electrical theory

- Able to read and understand electrical drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

- Able to lift and carry 25+ kg

- Able to sit, stand, kneel, climb, lift, and climb stairs and ladders

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Can communicate well & have common sense

- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call scheduling as needed.
