Our client is a prominent accounting firm recognised as one of Australia's Top 100 firms. With a team of 40+ Partners and around 500 professionals, they deliver a wide range of accounting and advisory services.

This firm is focused on building strong local and international relationships to provide integrated solutions. As part of a worldwide network, the firm provides a broad range of services and utilises their global connections to enhance their offerings.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Valuations expert to fill a soon to be vacated (due to retirement) Partner role. With a focus on business growth, particularly in business development, mergers and acquisitions, the firm is seeking a new partner to contribute to the expansion and development of its valuation services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with valuation and other divisions partners
  • Oversee and manage current valuations engagements alongside the existing team
  • Drive business development - mergers and acquisitions
  • Mentor, develop and lead the Valuations team to ensure high performance
  • Play a key role in succession planning and the seamless transition of client relationships
EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Currently holding a Director, Associate Director, Senior Manager or equivalent position in Valuations
  • Proven track record in managing significant valuations engagements
  • Strong business development skills with a focus on sales, mergers and acquisitions
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals within a dynamic environment
