About the role

Hair Ave' is seeking experienced Senior Hairdressers and Apprentices to join our dynamic team in our Mount Hutton, NSW salon. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling services to our loyal clientele, while also mentoring and guiding our junior stylists. For the Apprentice role, you will have the opportunity to learn from our talented team and work towards obtaining your hairdressing qualifications. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development within our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clientele
  3. Staying up-to-date with the latest hairstyling trends, techniques, and products
  4. Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise
  5. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  6. Assisting with salon operations and contributing to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of hairdressing experience for the Senior Hairdresser role
  2. Relevant hairdressing qualifications or a willingness to undertake an apprenticeship for the Apprentice role
  3. Strong technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair
  4. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  5. Keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  6. Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to learn and grow
