WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE

Joining our Estate team as a Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of enhancing and managing the University's scheduling processes. You will also serve as the product owner for the university timetable system, ensuring it meets both operational and strategic needs. Your expertise will drive continuous improvements and optimise systems to support JCU's educational goals. This is your chance to make a real difference and contribute to the success of our vibrant academic community.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

With a degree qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and/or training, you will be committed to providing high levels of customer service to a broad range of stakeholders with excellent interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to make decisions and provide advice based on legislation, policies and procedures, and a focus on continuous improvement will see you thrive in this role. Experience in a student administration role within a higher education institution is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in managing complex systems, particularly those related to scheduling or timetabling, will be highly valued.
