About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Receptionist, to join our team and welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile. In this service-driven role, you'll be the face and first point of contact for guests at RACV Noosa Resort. You'll be on your feet, interacting with guests professionally, to deliver exceptional customer service and a great experience. You should be motivated and hardworking with a "can do attitude", which will see you thrive in the role.

Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Guest check-in and check-out, and accommodation reservations for leisure travellers and conference groups;
- Processing payments & maintaining records;
- Answering incoming calls, general enquiries & assisting guests with their requests;
- Providing information to guests about accommodation, rates, and amenities;
- Cross-selling & upselling products & services;
- Communicating & collaborating with other departments such as food & beverage, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance & spa.
Available shifts include:
- 6.00am - 2.00pm
- 2.00pm pm
What you'll need to be successful
- Experience in front office reception in a 4-5 star hotel / resort environment
- Experience in PMS, Opera preferred
- A professional face-to-face and telephone manner, active listening, strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent administration & MS Office application skills
- Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, be organised and possess efficient time management skills
- Be friendly, confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Work well under pressure, in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
- Excellent personal presentation
