Production Supervisor

Base pay range

A$120,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the factory personnel to align with production priorities
  • Hold pre-start meetings each day before the shift
  • Work with the procurement team to ensure required materials are available to enable efficient production
  • Review and analyse production drawings to assist factory personnel
  • Work closely with management to ensure planned production is being met
  • Analyse and develop productive systems and procedures to enable an efficient work force
  • Work with management to coordinate factory personnel daily shift hours
  • Advise Management of continuous improvement opportunities
  • Running a team of 15–25 personnel
  • Typically a 10 hour working day with a 5am start, Monday - Friday

About you
  • Previous precast concrete experience highly desirable
  • High level ability to read and review drawings
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Possess a real "can do" attitude
  • High levels of enthusiasm
  • Enjoys working within a team environment
  • Be physically fit
  • Must have full working rights for within Australia
