Graduate Opportunities

As a graduate within the Digital Workplace Services team you will assist in the maintenance and administration of our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support, and implement and monitor security measures to protect our systems.

We provide rotations within system architecture, networking, infrastructure (On-prem and Cloud), software engineering (including low code/no code platforms), testing (manual and automated), system support, cybersecurity investigations, incident management, digital assets, data analysis and reporting.

You'll be part of a program with Engineers Australia and have mentorship from within Essential Energy to develop and reach your goals. Your ability to take advantage of a fast-paced environment in varied parts of the business will build your technical expertise and professional networks ensuring great opportunities now and in the future.

The Graduate Program officially starts in February 2027, however, an earlier start is available is available for candidates who are keen to start sooner.
