Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team working in Melbourne. Service with a smile is our mantra, and we truly believe we are the best outsourced service company you could choose to work with.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Setting up the key tasks for you and the team
  2. Conducting team briefings to address upcoming challenges
  3. Collaborating with hotel leadership on quality metrics
  4. Ensuring rooms are ready for guest arrival on time
  5. Maintaining communication with the team and providing resources as needed
  6. Managing administration related to Health and Safety, billing, and rostering
  7. Providing guest service with a smile
  8. Effective handover to the team
  9. Ending your day with the anticipation of new challenges tomorrow
Candidate Requirements:
  1. A strong desire to build and maintain relationships

  4. Understanding of annual budgets
  5. Commitment to providing a safe workplace
