About the Role:

Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Melbourne Chadstone team as a Client Advisor – Store Administrator. This unique role is a mixture of administrative support and hands-on stock operations. This critical role supports our team in providing an exceptional experience to our clients by being the go-to operational support behind the scenes.

Your Impact:

You will play a vital role in supporting the store team by championing day-to-day store administration tasks along with supporting the wider store team. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Assisting with daily administrative duties that support store operations, including, reporting, rostering, management of Time and Attendance, PO's and invoices, system support for employees entering and exiting the business, organisation store supplies such as stationery and client beverages, and store maintenance.
• Supporting the delivery of operations, including incoming and outgoing product deliveries, preparing, and replenishing stock accurately, both in the back of house and on the sales floor.
• Assisting with various Client Advisor duties which may include hosting, wrapping support, appointment runner, fragrance refill and engraving support.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual with experience gained from working within a premium, fast-paced retail brand. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A practical, hands-on approach – you love to roll up your sleeves
• Experience executing large-scale stocktakes/audits.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills – you're always one step ahead of the pack.
• A compliance-first and safety-conscious mindset.
• Detail-oriented with experience in managing and maintaining complex systems possessing strong analytical skills and a proven ability to ensure data accuracy.
• Availability for early starts as well as, regular weekend work, either Saturday and/or Sunday.
