What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Have at least 1-2 years' experience in a high-end restaurant or similar environment. Italian cuisine knowledge.
• Organisation, Expertise & Creativity: Organised running of a section, confident in cooking proteins and plating.
• Professionalism & Teamwork: Good attitude and work ethic. The ability to thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment while contributing to a supportive team culture.

About the Role:

We are looking for full time Cdp's and Jr. Sous Chef that are passionate and skilled, who have a love for crafting simple yet refined Italian dishes using seasonal, high-quality ingredients. This role is ideal for chefs with high standards, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to grow while working within a close-knit team.

This Spring, Sydney Harbour will welcome Solaré,a 150-foot classic superyacht reimagined as Sydney's first full-service restaurant on the water.
