Desktop Building Consultant

Desktop Building Consultant

Support the assessment and review of building claims from a desktop environment, reporting into the Manager, Building Consultancy Services, drawing on you experience as a Plumber

What are my accountabilities?
  • Review images of plumbing work and prepare detailed reports and scopes of work for building claims.
  • Ensure compliance with client and internal claim handling requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Accurately record and manage data and documentation.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality and cost standards are met.
About you:
  • Licensed Plumber
  • 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle and legislative frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound negotiation abilities.
