Our dynamic Client Service team is dedicated to supporting customers of our retail bank, serving as the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for clients through our interactive live chat platform.

What role will you play?As a Client Service Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs regarding their financial products and services. You will showcase your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions to our customers through live chat and phone, as needed. This role also involves occasionally making outbound calls to our clients, advisors, or brokers.
Additionally, you will identify and escalate issues to supervisors, including opportunities for enhancing our best practice guides, and direct queries to the appropriate support teams.

- Strong skills in time management, decision making, and prioritisation.
- Take ownership of supporting and resolving client needs and an ability to adhere to standards by following contact centre processes and guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service while being empathetic and resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Navigating and resolving multifaceted client issues by utilising critical thinking and your knowledge of our products and services.
