THE ROLE
Based at our Noosa store, this full time role will involve working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Key responsibilities of the role include :
Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customersPromote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsDevelop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choiceAchieve and exceed personal sales targetsSupport other team members to ensure business goals are metContribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeepingSupport your local community and charitable organisationsABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities :
Previous experience in a retail environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customersAn energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your jobCompetency in POS systems and Microsoft OfficeThe ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectivelyA strong attention to detailABOUT BEACON LIGHTING
