  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, web chat, and social media
  • Troubleshoot medical device and software issues with accuracy and care
  • Guide new users through product activation and app setup
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful support

About You:

  • Articulate written and verbal communication
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Enjoys contributing to a tight, collaborative team dynamic
  • Available to work Monday - Friday (10am - 2pm)
  • Previous experience in the Medical industry is desired but not essential
