The Role

We are seeking a Junior Secretary to support our practice groups with various administrative duties. The successful candidate will be working closely with very talented and motivated professionals.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven person who has previous administration or customer service experience, to develop their skills within a dynamic workplace. This firm will encourage and support the development of these skills. The ideal candidate needs to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drafting correspondence.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Organising meetings, travel arrangements & diary management.
• Organising and maintaining electronic files.
• Liaising with clients and other third parties.
• Working closely with the Senior Secretary within the practice to assist with the daily operation tasks of the group.
