About this opportunity

The Safety and Wellbeing Partner is responsible for the national oversight and continuous improvement of health, safety, and wellbeing across all Dovida offices. This role ensures compliance with WHS legislation in all states and territories, manages workers' compensation claims and insurer relationships, and leads proactive initiatives to enhance the emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing of employees.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation across all Australian jurisdictions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain national health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Oversee all workplace injuries and workers' compensation claims nationally.
  • Liaise with insurers, rehabilitation providers, and employees to ensure timely and effective claim resolution.
  • Design and deliver wellbeing programs addressing emotional, physical, and financial health.
  • Provide training and resources to foster a culture of safety and wellbeing.
About you
  • Demonstrated experience in WHS across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and claims management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement wellbeing programs.
  • Experience managing insurer relationships and driving accountability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training facilitation skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret injury data and identify trends.
