Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our website, creating engaging content, overseeing social media platforms, supporting internal branding initiatives, and assisting our sales and HR teams. You will play a key part in enhancing our brand presence and helping us connect with our community and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise our website using WordPress and Oxygen Builder, ensuring SEO best practices
  • Develop and produce compelling photos and videos for marketing campaigns
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Support internal branding efforts, including social and community events
  • Design marketing materials and content that align with our brand
  • Assist the sales team with content creation, research, and customer presentations
  • Drive online reviews and improve our Google Business profile
  • Support HR with recruitment efforts and market research
  • Create customer pitch decks, case studies, and explore new marketing strategies
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys and satisfaction assessments

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven marketing experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of website management and SEO techniques
  • Experience creating multimedia content (photos/videos)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content management tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Industry familiarity in electrical, building, or civil sectors is a plus but not required
