I am partnering with a well-established Project Home Builder that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, affordable homes to meet the needs of modern families. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on providing exceptional homes with outstanding service. They are now looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team, working in their display home to help guide potential buyers through the journey of finding their perfect new home.

About the Role:

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the company, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers visiting the display home. You will play a key role in promoting the company's range of residential designs, managing enquiries, and converting prospects into customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company, where you will be a part of a passionate team that strives to deliver quality homes to the community.

Duties:
  • Greet and engage with customers in the display home, providing knowledgeable and tailored guidance.
  • Present and sell the company's range of new homes to prospective buyers.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable home designs and options.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all home designs, inclusions, and pricing.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide detailed information on the buying process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in coordinating sales documentation and contract preparations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Skills + Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the new homes or real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong understanding of the new homes market and project home building processes.
  • Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional sales experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A background in residential sales or experience working in a display home environment is an advantage.
